• Provide sophisticated, varied, and private secretarial and administrative support.  Manage a broad range of tasks and circumstances pertaining to the office's secretarial and administrative duties.
• Prepare and distribute spreadsheets, create presentations, and create business documents in collaboration with the team.
• When necessary, create charts, assemble reports, and make sure all files are complete and kept up to date.
• Execute administrative duties in accordance with established protocols, create and maintain filing systems, classify and organise manuals and invoices, and oversee and plan travel requirements and other source data.
• Investigate facts and begin tasks as specified.
• Organise communication both inside and outside the company.
• Assist with grievances and information requests; interpret and clarify rules and regulations concerning staff internal inquiries.
• Participate in meetings and take notes, plan travel, and maintain records of communication (papers, emails) in order to satisfy the team's needs.
• As allocated, carries out additional related tasks to keep the work unit operating effectively and efficiently.

Technical Qualifications:

• a bachelor's degree or its equivalent plus a year of work experience relevant to the position
• High School Credential in conjunction with two years minimum of experience in a comparable field
• capable of speaking, writing, and reading English fluently
• Computer application certificate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Both the capacity to operate alone and collaboratively is necessary.
• The capacity to multitask while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace with minimal supervision.
• Interacting with high-level positions, both internal and external, requires a professional demeanour.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be well-organized, have a mature viewpoint, be very detail-oriented, and have excellent follow-up abilities.
• Show that you are attentive of quality.
